Early Harvest Regional Trial Postharvest Evaluation

The 2005 Early Regional Trial consisted of 4 named cultivars and 18 numbered clones. All entries fried light and uniform with USDA ratings of “0”. Norkotah, A93157-6LS, AOA95154-1 and ATX91137-1Ru produced fries that had after-cooking-darkening.
