2005 Early Tri-State Postharvest Evaluation

The 2005 Early Tri-State trial consisted of 4 named cultivars and 9 numbered clones. All entries fried light and uniform with USDA ratings of “0”. Russet Norkotah and AO96141-3 both produced fries with severe after-cooking-darkening.
