2006 Early Tri-State Postharvest Evaluation

The 2006 Early Tri-State trial consisted of 4 named cultivars and 11 numbered clones. All entries fried light and uniform with USDA ratings of “0”. A97066-42LB and PA99N2-1 both produced fries with severe after-cooking-darkening.
