Early Regional Trial Postharvest Evaluation

The 2009 Early Regional Trial consisted of 3 cultivars and 16 numbered lines. All entries fried light with USDA ratings of “0” . They also fried uniform from stem to bud ends. A96814-65Lb, A0008-1TE and AC99375-1Ru showed an excessive amount of after cooking darkening.
