Early Harvest Regional Trial Postharvest Evaluation

Eighteen numbered clones and 3 named varieties were entered in the 2010 Early Regional Trial. All entries fried light with an average Photovolt reading of 49.4, resulting in USDA ratings of “0”. All entries fried uniformly from stem to bud ends. AC99375-1Ru showed considerable After Cooking Darkening. Russet Norkotah also showed some After Cooking Darkening.
