Early Harvest Regional Trial Postharvest Evaluation

Fourteen numbered clones and 3 named varieties were entered in the 2011 Early Regional Trial. All entries fried light with an average Photovolt reading of 47.5 resulting in USDA ratings of “0”. All entries fried uniformly from stem to bud ends. AC99375-1Ru showed considerable After Cooking Darkening again this year. Russet Norkotah also showed some After Cooking Darkening.
